Dufferin Street Build - Alliston

Our 2011 Alliston project will be a single level home (with basement).  

We will use a product known as FORM-A-DRAIN.  It is a 3-in-1 system that forms footings and provides an integrated drainage system.

Both the basement and main floor exterior walls will be constructed using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) 

The following are other features that will be incorporated into this green build:

• open web floor joist truss system. \
• a drain water heat recovery (DWHR) device.  
• a heat recovery system - the HRV (heat recovery ventilation).  
• framed interior walls using steel studs.  
• a tankless water heating system 
• a steel roof
