Habitat for Humanity Huronia is proud to introduce our newest family: the Kovachev's.
Georgi, Maya and twins daughters Lachezara and Dobromira will be our 35th. family build, the third in Angus.
"I started to look on the Internet about how to do it and if we were qualified," she said while the twins used plastic shovels to dig into the ground of the site of their future home. "We heard in March we qualified and I couldn't believe it" says Maya. "We live in Barrie in an apartment. Moving from an apartment to a house with a backyard is going to be fantastic, especially for the kids," Kovachev added. "It's amazing. It's more than we could dream of."
